The optimal noise reduction brings more peace to the stable and has a positive effect on the health of the horses, as stress caused by noise in the stable aisles and in the boxes is minimized. Our floor systems are easy to install and easy to clean. The long shelf life ensures good cost-effectiveness with 50-70 litter savings. Low costs can be expected due to less manure work and less waste purchasing and storage.

This covering ensures high thermal insulation against cold floors, is long-term urine-resistant, frost-proof, weather-resistant and, above all, is characterized by water permeability. KOMFORTEX® floor systems are also sure-footed and, thanks to their positive slip resistance, offer a reduced risk of accidents and injuries without negatively affecting the hoof mechanism. The high elasticity of the coverings promotes both blood circulation and the growth of the hoof. The noise-dampening properties of KOMFORTEX® products minimize the influence of noise in the stable and thus also the amount of stress. This contributes positively to the health of the horses.

KOMFORTEX® coverings can be laid quickly and easily, even on unbound base layers. They are easy to cut and clean. The special product design and the selection of raw materials of the highest quality ensure a long shelf life. When used as floor fastening in paddocks, KOMFORTEX® flooring creates dry movement and lying areas. “Muddy floors” and any hoof problems that may arise can be prevented in this way.

The H-stone slab 500 x 500 x 40 mm can be laid directly on a flat, firmly compacted gravel or lean concrete bed. If there are already paved surfaces (e.g. concrete, asphalt), any unevenness must be leveled out using an appropriate leveling layer. For water drainage, it must be ensured that the substructure has a slope or is permeable to water. This must be taken into account if the substructure is impermeable to water.
