Our cooperation with the German quality manufacturer KRAIBURG enables us to offer you high-quality KOMFORTEX® floor coverings for your stable, yard or riding arena.
The optimal noise reduction brings more peace to the stable and has a positive effect on the health of the horses, as stress caused by noise in the stable aisles and in the boxes is minimized. Our floor systems are easy to install and easy to clean. The long shelf life ensures good cost-effectiveness with 50-70 litter savings. Low costs can be expected due to less manure work and less waste purchasing and storage.
This covering ensures high thermal insulation against cold floors, is long-term urine-resistant, frost-proof, weather-resistant and are characterized above all by their water permeability. KOMFORTEX® floor systems are also sure-footed and, thanks to their positive slip resistance, offer a reduced risk of accidents and injuries without negatively affecting the hoof mechanism. The high elasticity of the coverings promotes both blood circulation and the growth of the hoof. The noise-dampening properties of KOMFORTEX® products minimize the influence of noise in the stable and thus also the amount of stress. This contributes positively to the health of the horses.
KOMFORTEX® coverings can be laid quickly and easily, even on unbound base layers. They are easy to cut and clean. The special product design and the selection of raw materials of the highest quality ensure a long shelf life. When used as floor fastening in paddocks, KOMFORTEX® flooring creates dry movement and lying areas. “Muddy floors” and any hoof problems that may arise can be prevented in this way.
The elastic plaster 200 x 165 x 43 mm is for laying on an unpaved base layer or Stable Suitable for compacted surfaces or concrete and asphalt surfaces. In addition to the floor coverings, you can find the corresponding profiles in our shop. We will be happy to send you the assembly instructions.

Are there connecting pins included with the elastic plates?
- The connectors are pre-installed on the panels and therefore enable quick installation.
Can I also lay the elastic panels on uneven surfaces?
- The panels cannot be laid on uneven surfaces. The specifications in the installation instructions must be taken into account.
How do I attach the edge and edge corner profiles?
- The KOMFORTEX® edge and edge corner profiles are glued to the existing substructure with 1-component PUR adhesive at certain points in a form-fitting and force-fitting manner.
Can I screw the wall protection protection to the wall?
- We recommend sticking the wall kick protection (click here) to the wall. This means that no additional mounting plates are required, which could pose a further risk of injury to the horses.
How much glue do I need to attach the wall kick protection?
- We recommend 1 kg/m² (can vary depending on the nature and roughness of the surface).

Your order will be safely packed in a recycled box at our nearest warehouse location, using environmentally friendly filling material & paper tape with watercolor paint . We ship bulky goods on an untreated wooden pallet. 
By keeping the delivery route as short as possible , we reduce delivery times and conserve resources. Every order from us contributes to an environmentally friendly way of online shopping.
