How can I measure the size of the horse brake on my horse?
Measure from the side buckle of the halter at the front of the nose/lips to the buckle on the opposite side. You can then compare this length with the following measurements:
- Shetty / Pony corresponds to 19" approx. 48 cm
- Cob / Warmblood corresponds to 21" approx. 53 cm
- Cold blood corresponds to 23" approx. 58 cm

What size Icelandic horse?
For most Icelanders, the Cob/Warmblood size brake is suitable and the Cob size halter is suitable.
Is it difficult to adapt the flexible eating brake to my horse?
No. Adjustment is very easy, for every horse. With your order you will receive step-by-step instructions from us in German and English, in which everything is described in detail with pictures.
Can my horse eat from a hay net or a rack with a hay net with the flexible eating brake?
Yes, it is possible and many people use it that way.
Is the ThinLine halter size “Shetty” suitable for my normal Shetty?
The "Shetty" size is more suitable for small Shettys. You can measure the current halter of your Shetty and compare it with the information for the ThinLine halter (see above) to choose the right ThinLine halter for your Shetty.
